We leave this up to you, the client. If you would like the whole carpet cleaning (at no extra cost) we will require the room emptying prior to arrival. Small items of furniture, ie. pouffes, small tables and computer chairs etc. we can move before cleaning and replace afterwards. We do recommend ornaments and breakables are moved prior to cleaning. Check out the short video from a house we did. The carpet in this house was of good quality, but had been left to get heavily soiled by the previous owner.
